Dalrada + ATI of New York · Hot water. Reimagined.
Check the program before counting the incentive.
An incentive is a project-specific question, not an automatic discount. Establish the building location, utility and application category before including support in an economic comparison.

New York project planning
Start a New York incentive review with the service address
A project in New York City and a project on Long Island may have different utilities and program pathways. Identify the serving utility, application category and proposed equipment before including an incentive in the financial case. No award or Dalrada model eligibility is established here.
- Service address, serving utility and building category
- Retrofit or new construction and application timing
- Written program confirmation for the proposed equipment and scope
Identify the correct program
Record the service address, utility, building use and whether the work is a retrofit or new construction. Residential, multifamily and commercial or industrial pathways can differ. A program described for home heating does not establish eligibility for a commercial CO₂ hot-water plant.
Confirm equipment and application conditions
Ask the program administrator about the proposed model, installed system, contractor requirements, documentation, application sequence and any required approval before proceeding. Do not assume a previous program or a different manufacturer’s approval applies.
Keep an auditable project assumption
Record the program name, official link, date checked, relevant requirements and the remaining questions. Compare the project without an incentive as well as with any separately confirmed support. No award amount or model eligibility is established by this page.
Questions before you begin
Does Incentive Explorer calculate a grant?
No. It helps organize information and questions. Eligibility, amounts and approval must come from the applicable program administrator.
What does the NYS Clean Heat link prove?
It provides an official starting point for investigating heat-pump programs. Its home-focused information does not establish commercial DHW or Dalrada equipment eligibility.
